ORRA SOUL operates through a pre-order and crowdfunding model. Unlike traditional retail purchases, some products require time for project development, production, and quality preparation before shipment.

For crowdfunding and pre-order projects, estimated production and shipping timelines are provided for reference only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery dates may vary depending on project progress, manufacturing conditions, material availability, and other factors.

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 3–5 business days after payment confirmation. For crowdfunding and pre-order items, processing begins after the campaign closes.

Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to the United States, United Kingdom, and Singapore.

Estimated Delivery Times
• United States: 7–14 business days
• United Kingdom: 7–14 business days
• Singapore: 5–10 business days

Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Tracking
