Final Sale Notice
All crowdfunding products are Final Sale items. This means all purchases are non-refundable and non-returnable once the order is placed.
We do not accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges for change of mind, sizing issues, or personal preference.
Eligibility for Exceptions
We only provide resolution in the following cases:
- Item arrives damaged
- Item is defective
- Incorrect item received
If any of the above occurs, please contact us at orrasoul@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order with photos and order details.

- Order number
- Description of the issue
- Clear photos/videos of the product
We will review your request and determine whether a replacement or appropriate solution can be offered.
Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items
Since all crowdfunding products are Final Sale:
- No returns
- No refunds
- No exchanges
- No cancellations after order is placed
This also applies to sale items and promotional items unless otherwise stated.
Shipping Issues
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs. However, if your item is lost in transit, please contact us and we will assist you in filing a claim where applicable.
Refunds (if applicable)
If a refund is approved due to a verified issue (such as defect or wrong item), it will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
